But you know what? It’s never too late to prioritize your well-being, and I’m excited to share 31 daily mental health tips you can use to nurture your mental health—starting any time you want! These simple, actionable steps will help you boost your well-being every day.
My Scheduling system, TherapyAppointment, sent a sheet with idea for improving your mental health every day in May. Each day was a small suggestion to do easily, on your own. Here is the list of 31 ideas. The good news is you can on any day!
